A pretty handmade heart greetings card - OOAK
The heart is handmade through the wet felting process of layers of wool and fibre fused together by rubbing vigorously with warm water and pure olive soap.
Each piece of felt I make is unique due to the way the wool and threads fuse.
I cut a heart shape from my finished sheet and embellish it by hand with glass beads and sequins.
I needle finish the edge, but leave it wooly looking for a slightly fluffy effect.
This card is very pretty and would be suitable for many occasions including Anniversaries, Valentine's day, Mother's day and birthdays - a lovely keepsake that could be framed afterwards and used around the home.
The heart is mounted onto a blank white card, the card is a large 17 x 17cm square and is 300gsm stock.
The inside has a blank insert so you can write your own message and there is a white envelope.
I post to UK only, the card will be posted inside a sturdy envelope to protect it in transit.
Postage is Free - 2nd class
