This unique handmade Habit Tracker is essential for those seeking to establish and maintain good habits. It features my own original illustration on the front which has been machine embroidered. The Tracker can be personalised with a name of choice and you can choose to have it made in your favourite colour
The Tracker is undated, allowing it to be purchased at any time of the year when are ready to get organized. It has a years worth of weekly tracking and has space for 5 new habits each week.
It measures approximately 15 cm wide x 7 cm high x 1.5 cm deep. Handy size to keep in your bag so you don't forget to keep track of your new daily habits.
