Full description

This statement ring has been handmade from a piece of coral from my daughter's travels in Indonesia. A mould was made from the coral and silver clay pressed into the mould to make the ring. The clay was then fired to leave 99.9% fine silver. It is mounted on a D shaped sterling silver overlapping shank. The piece has been oxidised to hghlight the pattern and give the darker effect. The coral measures approx 25mm x 20mm at its widest points. The ring shank is 6mm wide and is a UK size R. This could be altered up slightly before purchase (please send me a message to check), but due to the thickness of the silver used, the ring is not meant to be adjusted after purchase as this may distort the shape.

This piece has been hallmarked at the London Assay Office and carries my maker's mark.
