I enjoy making clay animals using hand building techniques. After making an in memorium piece for a friend, I challenged myself to make this larger piece.

Full description
Beautiful handmade Labrador, built using coiling and sculpting techniques. This sculpture was built over several sittings, dried, fired then glazed and fired again. I love creating creatures with wings and this was made as a possible remembrance piece, or if you just like winged creatures. This sculpture measures 20cms across x 21cms in height. The base circumference is 26cms.
