Full description
I blended several shades of merino wool with some recycled sari silk, purple tussah silk and kid angora. I then handspun this blend into a unique, medium weight 'art yarn'. I also spun some ultramarine blue merino wool, then knitted this neckwarmer or scarf using the modular Domino technique with four mitred squares at the front, continuing around the neck with a garter stitch section just in the art yarn.
This would look great over a top or under a jacket or coat, to fill in the 'V' and keep draughts out.
As well as shades of green and blue merino wool, there are flashes of different colours from the sari silk and pops of shiny white from the kid angora. All the fibres are soft.
