You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns and exchange details:- I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to ask any questions that you may have. If you are not happy with an item, please contact me as soon as possible. I give all the dimensions in item descriptions using both metric and imperial systems. If you are still not sure about the sizes or colours I can send additional photos. I pack all my items very carefully and securely, but if it happens an item is broken or damaged in shipping I will issue a refund. I must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any returns must be returned in the original condition. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The item MUST be returned in its original package and in saleable condition. A refund will be issued when I receive the item back. Return shipping is the buyer's expense. If an addressee does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, the buyer covers re-shipping costs. International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. Delivery:- I ship all items within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. All purchases are shipped via Royal Mail, if you need any other shipping options get in touch with me and we'll see what I can do. As I'm using the most economic way of shiping it comes without the tracking number, please be aware of that. Delivery times for packages are: - National: Delivery throughout UK of 93% of posted items in 5 working days. - International: Depending on the country and are 2-8 weeks (at this point I can't find any accurate information on delivery times to all countries except Europe which is usually 5 working days and I'll keep on looking but I doubt it will take more than 4 weeks for the packages to arrive, also based on previous experience) If you need a faster option or tracking provided by Royal Mail please get in touch with me prior to your purchase and I'll adjust shipping costs. The shipping cost given are from the Royal Mail official website.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
