Full description
Following her decision to abandon her promising career in welding, Felicity auditioned for several ballet schools. The competition was very stiff. All the other ballerinas were far more experienced but by adopting an attitude of polite intimidation she was eventually to win a place at the 'Hilda Braithwaite School of Advanced Ballet and Billiards'. The course lasted for 3 weeks and she left with a diploma and a bottle of meths.
This is an original A4 (210mm x 297mm) sized artwork drawn by myself. It is not a print. It is drawn on an off white heavyweight watercolour paper (I forget which make). It was done using fineliner pigment pens and acrylic paints. The artwork is horizontal. The image is 18 x 17cm (approx).
