An original felted fantasy landscape.
My trademark is little white houses perched impossibly on the sides of imagined hills. Sometimes in the daytime and often by night. In this one the houses have rooves like witches hats. I wonder who would live in a house like that?
I created this landscape by wet felting merino wool fibre then stitching over by hand. In aqua blue, mossy green and lots of other beautiful subtle shades including purples and violets.
Measures 27cm wide x 29cm long (ten and three quarter inches by eleven and a half inches).
Backed in thin fabric ready for framing or hanging by attaching to a piece of twig perhaps?
