I love old books and paper, the feel and smell. Old papers, magazines that are no longer read can have a new life recycled into a gift, an art project, a collage. I like to use them to decoupage items in my house, even sometimes as wallpaper. Fyi the last pic shows just a few of the publications these collections are taken from. Thanks for looking!

Full description

A carefully curated collection of 100 pieces of original antique and vintage paper ephemera dating 1850’s to 1950’s. A fabulous array of paper sizes, styles, weights, ages and typefaces. Each pack has dozens of black and white illustrations and bookplates, as well as at least one colour bookplate, an antique postcard, and a blank flyleaf. Includes pieces from every decade, packed in handmade folders using prints ribbon cardboard and decoupage. Ideal for a huge variety of projects.

Prints include 1 Armour, Bateman, or Greenaway, amongst others, Illustrated News from 1840’s or 1850’s, as well as a double sided, double page of Cassell’s Pictorial Scrapbook (1898). Each pack is unique, and the photos show examples. All from my grandfather’s vast ephemera collection, sadly no longer viable as books. Breather new life into these beautiful old papers!
