HANDSPUN HONEYCOMB COWL
I knitted this cosy cowl or neckwarmer using my handspun yarns. The main colour is a variegated pink/purple merino, blended with shiny white rose fibre and the contrast colour is royal blue pure merino wool. The textured honeycomb stitch is almost 3D and very warm.
This would be really useful for any outdoor activity, giving warmth around the neck, but much more stable and less fussy than a scarf, with no ends to tie.
I often wear a cowl or neckwarmer around the house when I feel cold, yet it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a scarf.
This cowl is shaped wider at the bottom for a comfortable fit.
Measurements -
Height - 7" (17.7cm)
Top circumference - 18" (45.7cm)
Bottom circumference - 22" (56cm)
