HANDSPUN KNITTED FELTED CROSSBODY BAG
This small crossbody or shoulder bag was knitted using my own handspun grey, purple and green merino wool yarns. The purple and green yarns are hand dyed and slightly variegated. I then felted it, giving a strong and non-stretchy fabric.
I added a loop and Dorset button closure. I made the button by weaving the same yarns around a brass ring.
The purse measures 7" (17.7cm) x 6.25" (15.92cm).
I made a matching corded strap which is 49.5" (126 cm) long, which should be long enough to wear 'crossbody' on most people.
Please be aware that different monitor screens can show colours differently.
