You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If there is anything at all that you are not happy about your order, please get in touch so that I can fix it, thank you. Within 14 days after you have received your package, if you find that you are not entirely happy with your order upon arrival, you may return it for a full product refund. Refund of the purchase price will be made once item(s) have been received. Your item must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Two little Easter bunnies with a miniature daffodil and a hand stitched bunting that can be personalised with a different word/name/date etc (8 letters maximum please). These two make an adorable seasonal gift and home decoration.
The little lacy collars are removable - you can restyle your bunnies for any season or occasion the way you like! Since everything is fully handmade you get an heirloom quality set of two spring rabbits that can be on display for years to come.
Height appx - 15 cm/6 inches from head to toes (ears not measured), knitted from the finest woollen yarn in grey colour to go well with the spring theme decor. Wire frame inside is to ensure your pets are posable for that extra interest.
The rabbits need support in order to stand, i.e. leaning against a wall or an object, in the pictures they are propped with pins in order to stand 'on their own'.
Intended as a home decoration, these are not toys.
