I post out several times a week - usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A digital print for your home, based on my original pen and ink illustration of terraced houses.
This print is personalisable, you can choose the text after "home is where...". You might want to have your partner's name or your childrens' names; pets' names or a family name? Please bear in mind that the more words you wish to add the smaller the text size will be. I can fit a maximum of five names to the print.
You can also choose the colour of the smoke; duck egg, mauve or grey.
The standard print is approx 210mm x 300mm and fits into any off the shelf A4 sized frame. The large print is approx 300mm x 420mm and will fit into an A3 frame.
It's printed digitally onto high quality archival paper which will not fade or discolour. It will arrive unframed, in a hardbacked envelope.
Please note, the frames shown in the pictures is not included.
