Full description
A blank greetings card featuring a special skyline illustration of some of the most iconic and memorable landmarks in Merseyside's Halewood.
Great as a card for anyone from Halewood, or as a card for someone moving to or from Halewood. It could also make a lovely wedding or new home card.
I drew this illustration by hand, using pen and ink, and then digitally manipulated to come up with the final image. It features St Nicholas' Church, the Eagle & Child, the Ducky Pond, Wood Road Maisonettes, the Ford Water Tower, the railway bridge, Halewood Fish Bar (AKA Dave's Chippy), and a little sign towards Yew Tree Farm's Coffee Barn. There are lots of trees too, offering a nod towards the leafy Halewood Triangle.
This is part of a growing series of super-local skylines I am drawing, featuring different neighbourhoods of Merseyside.
Size approx 148mm x 105mm; matt brown recycled envelope slightly larger.
