Full description
A stained glass suncatcher handmade using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
The suncatcher is a very cute and quirky Brown coloured owl.
It is 14cm x 8cm.
I've used streaky brown glass for his head and wings and a lighter version for his body. His face is white and his eyes are swirls which like his shiny beak are added on top of the face as a 3D effect.
He is sitting on a branch on the lookout for dinner.
He will make a super present for anyone and especially for someone who likes / collects owls.
It hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top of the head.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece to ensure they are unique.
