Recycled Sterling Silver Vibrant Colourful Small Rectangle Surfite Necklace
This vibrant necklace features a unique Surfite stone, showcasing a stunning array of colors in a handmade recycled silver setting. The oxidized finish of the silver setting beautifully contrasts with the shiny 18-inch chain, creating a striking look that highlights the intricate details of the piece. Surfite is made from resin run offs created when glazing surfboards. Over time layers of resin build up creating a slab of multiple colours, in the past these run offs would have been broken up and sent to land fill. Instead, by cutting them into shapes which can be made in jewellery this process reduces the amount that is sent to landfill by up to 90%.
