Full description
I’ve used the colours of autumn leaves and crisp blue skies for this brooch. Completely hand stitched onto repurposed fabric and felt then embellished with reclaimed beads. It’s got a bit of an ancient lands feel to it. I can imagine it being worn by a nobleman or woman to fasten a cloak or shawl, giving protection from the wind!
It would look equally good on a jumper or coat lapel. It fastens with a sturdy pin and is suited to loose weaves and chunky knits.
