My inspiration for this pin cushion is the antique often silver ones that occasionally come up for sale, this is a more affordable option. The shoe is porcelain, antique in style with a felted wool pad for the needles to sit.

A felted wool pin cushion in a porcelain shoe.
The shoe is highly decorative and in an old fashioned style in shades of olive green, cream and subtle pink. The cushion pad is grey. The shoe measures approximately 9cm long, 5cm high and 4cm wide.
