Full description
I'm a sucker for a Scottish west coast sandy beach. This is a small snapshot of time spent there. The beach is a translucent sandy amber colour of differing densities. The waves of the sea go from a beautiful rippled turquoise, then to jade. A streaky green for one island and a delicate green Florentine pattern for the other. The sky, though small is rather special. It is a now unavailable 'Baroque' glass, a lightly textured clear with a grey/blue stripe for the sky. Wispy white for the wave tops finishes the piece.
Once cut, the panel is then leaded, soldered and cemented. Hooks have been added for hanging this piece in your window.
This wee panel is small but has a lovely weight and solid feel.
