Full description
The stained glass tawny owl is perfect for nature lovers, bird lovers, and owl lovers. This art suncatcher stands out against a wall and truly glows against a window or with light behind it.
The owl has a mixture of wispy, opaque, transparent, and textured glass in a range of browns, ambers, and creams to express the pattern and feathers of this beautiful bird.
The domed black glass eyes look just like a real owl’s! Around a third of the glass used is from rare vintage glass samples.
The tawny owl decoration is approximately 34.5cm tall and 14.5cm wide and is suspended from a strong, soft velvet ribbon.
The stained glass owl will be carefully parcelled in recycled and recyclable materials to ensure it arrives to its new home safely. All work is sent by Royal Mail signed for delivery.
Please note: Solder contains lead so please wash hands after handling to be as safe as possible.
All Glass Lore items are crafted with joy by Emma in her little East Yorkshire glass room.
