Made from fabric in the "Strawberry Thief " pattern designed by that quintessential nineteenth century British textile designer, poet and novelist, William Morris, here is the perfect gift for anyone who loves traditional style and elegance.
In a quality red or blue cotton fabric with the stunning classic design that Morris created when he saw thrushes stealing the strawberries from his garden in his home in Oxfordshire, this beautiful wristlet purse will delight any fan of William Morris or that gorgeous Pre-Raphaelite look.
The purse can be carried as a large or wristlet purse, a shoulder bag or as a small clutch or evening bag.
If you just want something to pop a few items into - keys, change, a credit card or two, then this is perfect. It will also hold a mobile or smartphone.
The bag is hand-stitched ( not glued ) to the frame with a thread matching the inside lining fabric.
