Bamboo Coral is a deep sea coral that is naturally a light brown colour, resembling bamboo.
It is dyed for the jewellery trade, usually a deep red to resemble the rare Red Coral.
In ancient times Coral was thought to have the power to protect the wearer against evil and enchantments,
Roman children wore coral necklaces to protect them from danger and keep them healthy.
Coral is the traditional gift for the 35th wedding anniversary.
I source my Coral beads from a reputable supplier, who is a member of the UK National Association of Jewellers.

Dainty red Bamboo Coral beaded bracelet featuring a 10mm carved red Bamboo Coral rose.
On either side of the rose I have placed a 4mm sparkly quality Austrian crystal bicone, in the colour 'hyacinth', between a pair of 2mm pure copper round beads.
The Bamboo Coral is a deep, rich red colour, the crystals are a shade lighter and slightly more orange in hue.
The circle of the bracelet is made from 4mm Coral beads which are embellished with more crystals highlighted with copper.
This pretty, sparkly bracelet would make a lovely birthday present, anniversary gift, bridesmaid gift, or as a thank you for someone special.
Hand crafted (by me!) in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon, UK.
This stretch bracelet measures approximately 6.5 inches (16.5cm), which is perfect for a 6" (15cm) wrist
Your bracelet will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
Price includes delivery within the UK.
