This vibrant tulip in marbled shades of terracotta or, some say, burnt orange, colour is subjective, is nevertheless a classic style of Charles Rennie Mackintosh, a modernist and visionary. His uncluttered approach was often at odds with the establishment. With or without flowers, this vase glows when placed in a window.
