I spent years buying the latest skincare products and fighting age with everything I could. Deep down though I knew I wanted to age gracefully whilst still enjoying gorgeous products.
Since turning the big 50 I've become much more comfortable in my own skin and so much more conscious of what I use. After 30 years in desk-based jobs I also wanted to find a new hobby, something completely different to anything that I've done before and something for me! I embarked on a natural skincare qualification and never looked back.
I now realise the best type of skincare is natural, kind to this precious planet that we call home and brings a little joy to our busy lives.
And so Nourish was born.
Central to my ethos is catering for both men and women with simple products that use few ingredients but make you feel amazing and helping others through what we do. That's why I donate £1 from every single individual product that I sell to charities that support men and women in the UK.

This is a 100% natural toner made from pure Orange Blossom and Rose waters. Combined they create a gorgeous, refreshing toner that smells divine. Orange Blossom helps to boost skin circulation, leaving it with a natural glow, it's perfect for giving tired skin a real burst of energy. Rose Water has lovely calming and soothing properties and is known for its cell regeneration properties which help to minimise blemishes and even skin tone.
