Full description
I used my own crafted lampwork glass bead in making this pendant necklace, combining it with light sapphire coloured genuine Swarovski crystal beads and Sterling silver.
The lampwork glass is an ivory coloured base with sky blue spots overlain with pale lavender clear glass which have been partly melted to give intense blue bumps, it is an incredibly tactile bead.
The bead itself is 20mm in diameter, the pendant is a 2" drop and is hung on a 18" chain with a spring clasp.
All my lampwork beads are digitally kiln annealed after shaping in the flame to give greater resilience and durability and once cooled I clean out the clay mandrel release thoroughly by hand reaming before I use them in my designs. The photos show the colour of the beads as accurately as possible, however, there could be slight variations in shade depending on your monitor. Remember that these are individually handcrafted so may have small imperfections or variations between each one, which makes each of my beads beautifully unique!
The pendant will be posted, bubble wrapped in a satin gift bag.
