This unusual handcrafted necklace and earring set combines both my own lampwork glass beads and natural fluorite stones cut in a teardrop and rondelle shape with silver lined seed beads The lampwork is an unusual purple colour which appears pale bluegrey in artificial light, the fluorite is banded with purple, blue and green.

necklace: 9 lampwork beads in dark lavender glass, the large central bead has regularly spaced air bubbles trapped within the bead and is 18.5mm in diameter. The other lavender beads are plain, 10-16mm in diameter. The teardrop fluorite stone and rondelles have been colour matched to each side for a little symmetry. The necklace is 17mm in length, with Sterling silver chain and hammered silver toggle and bar clasp.

earrings: 2 lampwork glass beads are used along with suspended fluorite teardrops. The silver wire of the design has been hand wrapped and including the Sterling silver ear wires the drop is around 2.5"

All my lampwork beads are digitally kiln annealed after shaping in the flame to give greater resilience and durability and once cooled I clean out the clay mandrel release thoroughly by hand reaming before I use them in my designs. The photos show the colour of the beads as accurately as possible, however, there could be slight variations in shade depending on your monitor. Remember that these are individually handcrafted so may have small imperfections or variations between each one.
