The gemstones have been hand cut by skilled lapidorists, no two gemstones are the same due to being natural minerals produced by mother earth.
Although quartz is one of the most common minerals on Earth, natural rose quartz is one of the rarer coloured varieties of crystalline quartz. The most coveted colors are pure to purplish pink. These colours are hard to find with transparent clarity. Tourmaline comes in a variety of colours. Iron-rich tourmalines are usually black to bluish-black to deep brown, while magnesium-rich varieties are brown to yellow, and lithium-rich tourmalines are almost any color: blue, green, red, yellow, pink, etc. Tourmaline in all cuts and grades are expensive to purchase.

This stunning eye catching necklace has been thoughtfully designed and hand crafted in Cornwall for those who only like unique genuine gemstone jewellery to adorn their neckline.
In the centre is a natural untreated large rose quartz flower measuring 3cm x 3cms. It sits between quality tumbled large genuine untreated tourmaline gemstone nuggets. Leading on are pink freshwater baroque pearls, hand carved rose quartz flat rounds, 10mm rose quartz rounds, 8mm tourmaline rounds, flat oval faceted rose quartz and finally medium tumbled tourmaline. Within the design are silver coated heamotite faced gemstones and silver plated spacer beads.
For the main construction professional stainless steel jewellers wire has been used for added strength and lasting durability, finished off with a 10mm lobster clasp, 8mm D ring and crimp covers. Crimp covers protect the wearer from being scratched during wear and prevent catching on clothing.
