Full description

A beautiful blue fused glass trinket dish featuring two mackerel fish. The watery blues have been created by applying wet powdered glass to a layer of sheet glass then swirling the different colours around. The fish have been powder printed onto the top. It is then melted in a kiln to fuse all the layers together before going in for a second firing to slump the dish.

This dish can be used for a variety of things, be it a soap dish, trinket dish, a plate to hold jewellery, a key dish, any number of things! Or it can just look beautiful on a shelf!

The dish measures approximately 8 x 13cm and has a depth of around 1.5cm

(rings and soap not included, just there to show scale)

All items are handmade by myself in my home workshop, the glass is layered and then fired in a kiln in order to fuse the layers together. Because each item is handmade they will all be slightly different.

-Commission pieces are always welcomed, just send me a message to discuss possibilities-
