Family was visiting from abroad and I wanted to make something that will remind them of their time back in the UK. I love making birds but wanted something quirky this time and so my first runner duck was created! I personalised the base with the family crest and turned the duck into a likeness of their departed father, complete with flat cap and cigarette.
I have been lucky enough to make many of these for customers now and everyone is completely different and such a joy to make!
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
My runner ducks are made from British wool and personalised with handmade items of your choosing. I will walk with you through the process to make sure your duck is everything you want it to be. Maybe you want them to reflect a loved one or an era in time. Anything is possible!
A choice of bases are available from wood, handmade books or maybe a stack of records?
Choose his colour from our collection of duck shades and even add hair.
You can add jewellery, clothes, tattoos, handbags, glasses, anything!
Your duck will stand approximately 18 inches tall and come in his own box.
Depending on complexity of your design, each commission will take approximately 6 weeks to complete.
