Full description
A hardworking, robust two door cabinet originally intended as a shoe storage cupboard. The shelves can be adjusted in height or removed to suit your needs and the sturdy construction allows it to be used as a seat while putting your shoes on.
Handmade to order by me in my workshop with techniques including Mortise & Tenon joinery. This example has been painted Green to a high standard with a satin type paint (main image) with an Antique Pine top.
An attractive addition to any entryway, living room or dining room my furniture arrives fully built and ready to use straight away.
All of the finish options are treated with a light coat of shellac prior to a traditional wax finish. The shellac seals the wood, allowing the wax to work its magic which enhances the grain, protects the surface and leaves a subtle sheen
