Made using donated fabrics, in a design that was simple and does not detract from the fabrics, now seen as an aid to winter warmth in a time of concern for the elderly and low incomed.

Full description
A lap quilt in nine patch design for winter warmth. Are you, or anyone you know about to lose the winter fuel allowance? Then this quilt will help to keep you warm. In shades of green with floral patterns on cream and a touch of pink, it measures 63 cm in width and 85 cm in length and could be used over the knees or around the shoulders. The filling is made of acrylic, which is not my usual choice, but it offers lightness and warmth while being easy to wash. The backing showcases a pale green leaf pattern that matches the front's trim.
It could also be used as a cot or pram quilt.
