Full description
After rolling a slab of stoneware clay I have carved into the tile to trace shapes for the landscape and fir trees. After biscuit firing I have used a range of coloured underglazes to recreate the magic of a wintery landscape complete with full moon and stars.
The tile is finished with a clear glaze and baked to 1220 degrees!
I've mounted the tile and framed it with a pale wood frame which has a clear acetate cover. The complete picture measures about 25cm square and the tile is about 13cm square.
The product will be sent out well packaged in recycled/recyclable materials.
