Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A floral wreath, 5 five petal rainbow flowers with a dichroic decorated glass nugget in the centre of each. I've added a little blue glass beetle between the petals to give it a little quirkiness.
I've made the central flower nuggets in my kiln, red glass each topped with precious dichroic glass.
The suncatcher is 20.5 x 18 cm excluding the hanging chain,
It hangs from a strong silver chain which is attached at the top in two positions. I do supply it with strong suction hook as I do for all my stained glass pieces but note this will be better hanging from a wall and a picture hook than using the suction hook.
My pieces are all unique. I use different shades and textures of glass to ensure that everything I make, even when to the same pattern, is different.
