This is a lovely handcrafted, lathe-turned salt and pepper grinder set made from Ash. The Ash used to make the grinders, is a type of hardwood that is known for its attractive grain patterns and durability. The process of turning the wood on a lathe results in a smooth and even surface, making it a pleasure to handle and use.
The process of using the grinder is simple: fill it with peppercorns or coarse salt and adjust the grind size according to your preference. Then, twist the top of the grinder to grind the peppercorns and season your food to taste.
In addition to its practical use, a handcrafted, lathe-turned Ash pepper grinder also makes a beautiful and unique addition to any kitchen. It can be used as a decorative item or a functional tool.
