Full description
This is a A3 poster-print entitled 'Midnight Fox' printed in orange, light grey and black.
I love foxes. Beautiful and rather illusive creatures. I always feel very fortunate to spot one where I live, usually once the sun has started to go down. One regularly trots up and down our garden (probably every day), and very occasionally I see them.
This print is actually one of our garden (slightly altered and tidied up!), with the fox on their travels and the moon shining on some of the tree branches. They are usually at this point on their journey where I spot them from the back windows of the house, sometime between 8pm and midnight.
The poster is a professional digital print of an original linocut/screenprint which has now sold out. It is printed on high quality 160g cream paper (in different colours from the original), hand-titled and signed.
Hand-printed by myself in my studio in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints. I created the image initially as a linocut print, and then transferred the image to a silk-screen to hand-print the edition.
The poster-print will be posted securely in a card tube.
