I am passionate about Bees, especially Bumblebees which are sadly in decline.
I try to plant as many plants that will proved a nectar source throughout the year to help our bees. The humble daisy is so beneficial to a variety of bees.
I have included Gold Leaf to the bumblebees to empathise the value of our bees.
When I work from my garden workshop I hear the humming of the bees as they work the flowers.

Full description
A sweet hand painted stained glass Bumblebee Sun Catcher for your window or porch door.
This charming little glass hanging will glint in the sunshine, displaying bumble bees hard at work amongst the daisies.
Gold Leaf has been applied to the bees on the rear of glass.
This unique piece would make the perfect gift for any bee lover, gardener or teacher.
Stained glass techniques are used to produce this miniature panel.
The bees are traced onto the glass using black pigment & glass enamels are used to depict flowers and the letter B.
The glass is then fired in the kiln to make the design permanent.
Copper foil is applied to the edge of the glass which is tinned with solder and a hook is attached. Patina is applied to turn the tinned edge black and a ribbon is threaded to hang the piece.
To care for this Suncatcher gently wipe with a soft cloth.
The piece will be gift wrapped at no extra charge, packaged carefully in a Jiffy bag and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Each piece of Vanessa Hall Glass is lovingly designed & made by me from my garden workshop in Devon, UK.
Please note that Solder contains Tin & Lead, wash hands after handling.
