Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
One of my flower heart range. A snowdrop, icy white with thin strappy green leaves. The flower is enclosed in a heart shape with the surrounding glass in clear, pretty frost patterned glass.
I've used iridescent glass for some of the petals to give a lovely shimmer.
Hanging in the window the Iris heart catches the light and is a very pretty ornament for any room.
The snowdrop flowerhead is a copy of that in my other snowdrop design which is an oval shape and also includes a bud.
The suncatcher hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top of the heart which is 13 cm long and 11 cm wide.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
