As a fiber/textile artist, my specialty is creating wall décor and rugs out of organic, eco-friendly materials. I source all my supplies locally where possible. The sheer variety of British sheep breeds makes them an ideal choice for raw fleeces that can be crafted into stunning pieces of art or décor.

Our felted sheep fleece rugs are an absolute must-have for any home. Crafted from natural materials, they boast a unique texture and colour variation that captures the beauty of nature in a one-of-a-kind work of art. These rugs look beautiful and feel luxurious, with their soft wool fibres and natural insulation! Sheep Wool is naturally antiallergenic and repels dust. Due to the nature of the product, some rugs may shed a little hair, or you might even find a small piece of straw. Don’t worry this is totally normal – it is after all a 100% natural handmade product that you are buying.
Care for them properly and you and your family will cherish your rug for years to come. Each of our felted sheep rugs is unique and has its own character.
Handwash only. Use a small amount of wool detergent and soak it in a bath of warm water – then let it drip dry. Stretch the rug out firmly when it is still damp. Let the fleece dry naturally in the sun – this may take a few days. Never brush a curly fleece just work your fingers gently through the locks. However, if it does not have curls you can give it a light brush with any ordinary hairbrush.
