Once I discovered water casting using precious metal I became addicted to the unpredictable! You never know what shapes the water will give you and I love the organic textures that are captured in the silver. Additionally I love the contrast of pairing silver with gold and how this further highlights the flow and ripple of the water castings. No two pieces are ever the same and I enjoy wearing something that can never be repeated, I hope you will too!

Full description
Created by hand in sterling silver, these studs have then been guilded with a contrasting stripe of 24k gold using the ancient Korean technique known as keum-boo. The results capture the form taken on by the silver the instant it hits and cools in the water. Each casting, organic and liquid like in appearance, is therefore entirely unique!
