Aquamarine reminds us of the sea both in colour and in name, and is therefore said to have a calming influence, soothing the wearer and encouraging them to let go of current anxieties. It is believed to align to the throat chakra and is therefore good for people who have to speak in public such as teachers or to give confidence to people who find it difficult to express themselves verbally. It is also said to protect the wearer during sea travel.
Lepidolite has a vast amount of legends attributed to it as a hugely spiritual stone that promotes calm, trust, and acceptance. A stone of hope in the darkness. Used in rebirthing and dreamwork, it is said to help the wearer remember their dreams so the messages can be understood. A strongly protective gem believed to be a positive stone for mental health with the alleged ability to ease stress, anxiety and despondency. Quite a stone! Lepidolite aligns mainly to the heart chakra, and also the pineal / third eye and crown chakras.

Full description
This bracelet is made from some nicely coloured Brazilian aquamarine rondelle 8 mm beads with two 8 mm purple lepidolite beads set off with sterling silver. The focus of the bracelet is a hand carved tagua nut in the shape of a flower with a turquoise blue centre.
Sterling silver beads add light throughout the bracelet.
The bracelet is approximately 7"/18 cm in length, my wrists are 7.5" so it is far too small for me and suitable for much slender wrists.
Note: Elasticated bracelets should not be overstretched when putting them on over your hand. Instead, gently roll them over your hand and down onto your wrist. This will prevent the bracelet from stretching out or breaking and will greatly increase the life of the elastic.
