Welcome to our Folksy shop! We are retired, keen hobbyists who have spent years making and creating.
We make a variety of hand made gifts, decorations and ornaments.
As much as possible, we like to use recycled materials and packaging to do our bit for the environment along with re-using whatever materials we can.
The white blocks in this dish help make the pretty colours pop and we love a bit of colour!

Full description
This pretty little hand made fused glass trinket dish makes a lovely gift for your mum on Mother's Day, her birthday or just to let her know you love her. She can pop her rings, earrings and other jewellery in it or, if she is a keen needleworker, it would also be ideal for storing her pins in.
The dish measures approximately 8cm x 8cm, it's nice and chunky and has been made in our Rainbow Country Meadow design with a clear glass base. The design depicts a little corner of a meadow with wild flowers in pretty rainbow tones of blue, turquoise, lilac, pink, yellow, orange and red. We have hand painted both the wording on the white glass blocks above the scene and the cow parsley in the background and also fired these into the glass and finished it with green glass for grass.
Whatever your mum decides to store in the little dish, there will be no confusion as to who owns the contents!
As this item is glass, we do tend to sacrifice pretty packaging for more secure and the dish will be well wrapped in recycled packing on dispatch.
