Full description
I am selling this bag as a second because I had the iron a little too hot and marked the base at the corners. I have tried to show it in photos. I usually sell similar for £15, but asking £10 for this one.
I made this tote bag using a medium weight cotton in light grey with a cute print of sheep and lambs. This fabric has been backed with wadding and machine stitched with several lines of wave stitch to give it some body with a lightly quilted effect. Lower part of the bag is made with a medium weight navy blue fabric.
It is lined with a gorgeous navy blue vintage Laura Ashley print and has inside pockets of different widths. There is an insert at the top of the same fabric which can be drawn up with a black cord when needed to make a 'lid' for the bag. Tie the cord into a bow to keep contents safe inside. If you don't need it, just tuck it inside.
Measures approximately 37cm across the top, and is 29cm high.
The bottom of the bag has been boxed at the corners so that it has a flat base and the base has a layer of light stiffening inside. At the base the bag measures 24cm across and 14cm deep.
The loop of each handle measures about 40cm and have been topstitched with light grey thread.
This item is one of a kind and ready to ship. I use second class post in order to keep postage as low as possible and will usually post same or next day as your order. Your item will be wrapped in new tissue paper whilst I will use recycled outer packaging if possible.
