The inspiration came from seeing a female form of a Fire Elemental in a picture from a camp fire. I could see a female figure with a witches hat and her arm stretched out with what looked to be a wand.
I did by best to capture it as well as I could.

Full description
Fire Elemental. A2 size ish. 40 x 50cm.
Acrylic paint on thin canvas, using acrylic shimmer effects, acrylic metallic paint and acrylic glass beads. Only this one available, there are no prints.
This was the first large piece I painted on canvas. It took about a week to paint. I had to decide on how I wanted the elemental to come through - I wanted to keep the gold shimmer effect around the painting to emphasize her.
