This is definitely a bobby dazzler and a great way to inject colour into these grey, dull, long, winter days. Wear it as part of your work wardrobe to offset the sensible stuff.
No reason why a fella couldn't wear it as well. Why should us ladies have all the glorious colour.
The blue border and fringe really makes the other colours stand out. It's not a floaty super soft scarf as the yarn is a cotton feel so it has slight structure. It will soften with wear. It's not a huge length but will wrap right round neck.
I'd hand wash this in cool water and finish it's rinse with a little fabric softener.
