An enormous thank you to everyone who has purchased from me throughout the year as each and every order really is very much appreciated.
Due to family commitments I shall be closing my shop for Christmas on Sunday December 1st and then will reopen in January.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year,
Best wishes,
Rowan
I discovered this pair of curtains in a local antique shop and turned one curtain into a rather a splendid dog bed! I then 'ummed and aahed' as to how to make best use of the second curtain and plumped for cushions and bags.

Perfect for Winter, this gorgeous floral shopping bag is made from a pair of vintage William Morris 'Sweet Briar' curtains. It is lined with co-ordinating brand new red gingham linen.
I've decided to sell these bags as seconds as the curtains were quite faded when I bought them. I have washed them and tried to use the least faded sections of the fabric but want to be honest in my description.
The bag is super spacious and will fold up to fit neatly into your handbag, but is large enough to fit all manner of goodies, from library books to lunchboxes.
It measures approximately 47cm x 37 cm and the straps are long enough to wear as a shoulder bag. I've tried to show it's size in relation to a magazine in the last photograph to give you an idea of just how gloriously capacious it is!
Free 2nd class postage is included in the price.
