I have a fusing kiln, I have glass, I have an addiction to making beautiful glass pieces.
I hope you like what I have made.
Dichroic glass has to be the most perfect glass for a glass addict like myself as it has a wonderful shimmer and positively magical colour changing properties..
Please note that these pieces are one-offs and unrepeatable. I can make similar but unless I make them together I cannot exactly match something already made.

Full description
The dichroic glass cabochons for the pendant, matching earrings were handmade, by me with love.
They are fused in my glass kiln to very high temperatures, 1500 degrees F and annealed for strength.
They each comprise layers of carefully handcut glass,with the top dichroic layer very magically reflecting or refracting different colours as they catch the light.
I've tried to capture the different colours by taking several photos to give you a good idea of the colour variations as the glass catches the light.
The pendant hangs from a gold plated bail, I choose the bail to best match the colour of the glass and this one suits gold best. The bails are securely glued to the back of the cabochons using E6000, strongest glue.
All my earrings are hung from from sterling silver hooks so have silver plated bails to match.
The pendant is supplied with a lovely gold plated chain, 18cm, as shown in the photos.
I post these out in a sweet little coloured gift box secure in a padded envelope, first class, small package. The boxes are 7.5 cm x 5.5 cm so you can see from the photos the sizes of the pendant and earrings.
I make no promise of symmetry and they are not designed to be, they are handcut glass and glass has a mind of its own and once fusing in the kiln that does its own thing too.
