Full description
A stunning handcrafted centre-piece coffee table/chest. Eye-catching with the practicality of ample storage. Made from chunky timber approximately 4.5cms thick with marks of age and wear ensuring that each table is unique. Heavy and sturdy with a cottage style appearance that does work well in any lounge whether traditional or modern. The black handles and hinges are a lovely contrast and add to the solidity of the Breton. Finished with at least 3 coats of hand applied quality wax that highlights the wear turning them into features and giving a feel of luxury.
The lids are flush all around so there's no overhang which looks very neat and leaves more storage space inside and makes the handles a necessity as well as for aesthetics. Beautiful table for sure.
