In a small park in Blackpool is a lovely old Willow Tree. At some point since 1926 when the Park was made the tree has fallen over and regrown. I photographed it and this is the resulting lino print. Originally the print was of the tree only - but it needed something more - the sun of course - so I stencilled on a metallic Gold Sun (or moon).

Full description
A three colour lino print of a hundred year old fallen Willow tree in a Blackpool Park.
Three hand-cut blocks were necessary and the print also has hand finishing in the form of a stencilled sun in Gold.
Limited edition of eleven copies. Hand printed on German paper using safe-wash Caligo inks.
A4 size print.
Signed, numbered and dated by the artist/printer.
Copyright remains with the artist. No rights are transferred with the sale of the print.
