These serving boards were the first items I made using oak. During their production I learned how to thickness wood, attach the pieces together to form the finished board, round the edges and sand until smooth. All under the watchful, if slightly critical, eye of my partner (a carpenter by trade). Although he was there to teach and advise, these boards were made by myself. I’m very proud of them!
I am a nurse by day and crafter by night. I usually knit but wanted to try working with a different medium and discovered a love for working with wood.
As someone who suffers badly with anxiety, I have found creating these sweet coasters, along with the other items in my shop, has greatly improved my mental health and has ignited a passion that I didn’t know I had!

This beautiful solid oak serving board is handmade in my workshop in my garden using kiln dried white European oak and has been finished with food safe osmo oil. The board is perfect for use as a table centrepiece, serving board or antipasti platter.
Can be personalised with any text.
Material: Solid, kiln dried, white European oak.
Width: 18cm
Length: 30cm
Depth: 1.5cm.
Other sizes can be made to order.
Care Guide: Wipe surface clean after use with a warm, damp cloth. Periodically using a food safe oil on your board will ensure the wood remains nourished and will stop it cracking. All boards are hand wash only. Boards are not dishwasher safe.
Each board is individually wrapped with further, multiple layers of bubble wrap to protect the edges during shipping. Your board may arrive in recycled outer packaging which helps to minimise the impact of shipping on the environment.
We aim to ship within 3 business days but may be slightly longer for personalised items.
