Handmade by The Secret Charm
These special pagan prayer beads have been handmade in the name of Cailleach Bheur, the Celtic destroyer Goddess who ruled over disease, death, wisdom, seasonal rites and weather magic.
In Scottish tradition Cailleach Bheur is the crone goddess or hag who blusters with power throughout the winter months. She brings the snow and cold, her staff freezing the ground and commanding the destructive powers of nature.
Measuring 23" (59cm) long they have been handmade with garnet, labradorite, onyx, agate, black howlite skulls, Czech crystals, artisan lampwork and artisan ceramics.
An artisan pendant (38x12mm) hangs from one end of the prayer beads, featuring a vintage illustration of a skeleton beneath a handwritten spell set beneath jeweller's grade resin. A pewter pentagram hangs from the other.
There are also 2 little endless Celtic knots to represent eternity within the strand.
The strong feminine energies of this piece are amplified by the inclusion of handcrafted lampwork and ceramic beads by female artisans.
Onyx has been chosen to help with the centering of energy and to give strength.
Iridescent labradorite has been chosen as a highly mystical and protective stone.
Agate has been chosen as a grounding stone, bringing about emotional, physical and intellectual balance.
Garnet has been chosen to sharpen your perceptions, remove inhibitions, regenerate the body and balance energy.
